I think you are asking do we always need to try to do more, right? If so, the answer is no. There are many examples of people who live fulfilling lives never trying to get further ahead. Not everyone is meant to be a CEO.
ReplyDelete"Crossing the sea" is not just about business promotions. It is also about improving our personal lives. You may well accept less responsibility in your job so you can achieve something more in your personal life.
