Ideas are about the future and without them, you don't have much of one.
But without action, ideas are worth nothing.
How is your company when it comes to coming up with new ideas and of greater importance, acting on them?

Great when it comes to new ideas, but not great when it comes to making them work. I think we're a little ADD.
ReplyDeleteWe are a sub contractor on large military jobs so you can probably guess how rigid we are about things, including new ideas.
ReplyDeleteWhat's amazing is all the creativity that goes into the new technology we work on, but very little new happens in terms of how we run our business. Maybe that's because the government does not like change.
