The Future: Who's In Charge Here?

This will be comfortable for those who believe they control their destiny, not so much for those who feel they are subject to fate.

Which are you?

  1. Well, easier said than done but the thought is the right one. If you don't like the way things are, change them.

  2. I'm not uncomfortable with this but I also don't think there is much a person can do to change the outcome of things. When it comes to the really important stuff there is simply too much we don't control, so why bother?

  3. I suppose how true that is depends on how you define "really important stuff."

I would agree that it is difficult to change things all alone. But if the "change" comes from getting others to help you, then you've accomplished something important.

I get the feeling we're seeing the beginning of something very different in Iran, all the result of a lot of individuals doing seemingly little things.

Never underestimate the power of the individual.
