I like this, particularly because it comes from an educator; one, I hope, teaches this concept to his students.

No matter what the comments say here, most people are one or three. There is only so much room in the world for number two's.
ReplyDeleteAssuming you're right ("only so much room in the world for number two's"), can someone learn or train them self to become a two?
ReplyDeleteMaybe some but not many. You are either born to act or doomed to react.
ReplyDeleteMy question still stands. Can you train someone to be more proactive, less reactive, to which I add, do you attempt to teach employees proactive skills?
