  1. It's funny but I don't think people associate "lead by example" with business as much as they do in personal relations.

  2. You may be right Silvia. Certainly parents are told they need to set good examples, but like you, I can't recall many instances where someone said a business manager should.

    What do you think, should they be encouraged to do so?

  3. I think managers should be encouraged to lead by example but as we now know, that example will not always be good.
