Yesterday's post and comments made me think more about the inevitable beginnings and endings in business.
While inevitable, which and when it will be for you depends a lot on what you do and don't do.
While inevitable, which and when it will be for you depends a lot on what you do and don't do.
If I believe I will fail, I am more likely to, and if I think I will succeed, my chances improve.
ReplyDeleteAs you say, self-fulfilling prophecy
Think about all the successes in business that would never have happened had there not been a failure, or at the very least, an end of something else.
ReplyDeleteAs example, look at the PC industry. There isn't one top 5 brand that was a top 5 main frame brand prior to the advent of PC's.
Ditto music. Unfortunately for them, music today is not bought in what had been music stores. They're gone and in their place is a completely different distribution system.
