Complaining is both easy and common.
ReplyDeletePeople probably do complain more than act because, as Carl said, it is easier to do than attempt to fix whatever is wrong.
ReplyDeleteI think it makes sense to not just look for problems but also what could be made better. Unfortunately when things are going well, we often become complacent.
When the "weather is good" is the time to look for leaks in the roof, not when it is raining.
