Problems: Who's Responsibility?

Meaning, those with complaints usually voice them.

I wonder if in business, they do so more than attempt to fix them?

  2. People probably do complain more than act because, as Carl said, it is easier to do than attempt to fix whatever is wrong.

    I think it makes sense to not just look for problems but also what could be made better. Unfortunately when things are going well, we often become complacent.

    When the "weather is good" is the time to look for leaks in the roof, not when it is raining.
