While Bob was referring to a person dying, the same holds true for companies, which, when all is said and done, are nothing more than the people who work in them.

I have to continually prod myself to not become stagnant and not just in my business life but my personal life as well.

Heather's right. I often think I am "relevant" only to find I'm just marking time.
ReplyDeleteI think the key is to regularly question what you do and who you are, looking for new ways. They may not be there, you could well be "cutting edge", but you do need to check.
If we could only self-assess as well and as often as we criticize others, how great could we become?
