Not all old people "know" just as not all young people "do", but I do understand and agree with the general point.

This is just another thing managers are suppose to manage.
ReplyDeleteYouth has openness, energy, newer educations while older workers have experience, reason and perspective.
The trick is to get the best from both.

ReplyDeleteIt's the manager's job to get the right mix and unfortunately I don't work in a company where management understands that is their responsibility.
