    I'm not sure anyone really does; at least I know I never did, and I don't know any others who have either. You're either a realist or a dreamer.

    I've encountered a few whose brains are both left and right, although not equally so.

    It is a manager's responsibility to recruit both and then do their best to manage the benefits of both, as difficult to do as that may be.
