  1. but peopel say you must decide what you want to do or be and then do it. thats not of one mind?

  2. Don't confuse "being of one mind" with being dogmatic, unchanging.

    Nothing is forever, even the good ideas we all occasionally have, and you need to be able to recognize when the time for change has come.

    I don't know for certain but suspect that Saint Thomas was talking about those who can only see one thing at a time, or worse yet, those who do and will not consider alternatives.
