When giving direction to others how often do you say something other than what you intend?
And notice I said "how often" rather than "do you".
Excellent. It makes me wonder how much of our "wheel spinning" is due to miscommunication.
ReplyDeleteGood question and I wonder if there is any reliable way to quantify? Whatever it is it is significant in terms of lost time, money, poor decisions, problems, etc.
