Education Past, Present, Future

"Do not confine your children to your own learning for they were born in another time."

Chinese Proverb

The obvious; learn from younger employees whose education is newer.

Note to younger employees:  It applies equally to you as well, albeit in reverse.

Do not miss the education of older employees that could only have come from having learned in their time.

  2. Well, for starters, maybe how to spell?

And I wouldn't worry about appearing arrogant. You do and you are.
