My God! You've read my mind or sat in one of my staff meetings. This is exactly what I tell our employees every chance I get. We either create value or there is no money for any of us. It's not how hard or long we work it's what we accomplish.

Glad you enjoy BW Franklin, and this particular post, however it doesn't take much to identify this problem. It happens all too often in way too many companies.
