I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT

You may be right, the other person wrong, but rarely will anything you say cause them to change their mind if they aren't predisposed to do so in the first place.

  2. This also goes to show that you need to know what your prospect desires. If it's not something he needs or wants, you ain't going to sell it to him.
