Well, there is really, taxes and death being but two examples.

The less time you spend wishing things would stay the same the more time you'll have working to make them what you want them to be.

  1. I'm requiring my employees to read this. We get way too many explanations why we don't do things; I want more accomplishments. I know that isn't the topic of this post but I think it relates.

  2. I think they are related. I often hear explanations of why something wasn't done as a justification. Explanation, ok, justification, no. The former can be addressed, the latter, we simply stop. I'm betting your frustration is with the latter.
