Because it can't be done.
You can treat unequal things and people the same but that doesn't make them equal.

ReplyDeleteBut I will say we all should increasingly question our motives for promoting whatever it is we feel needs our support. And likewise for rejecting that we oppose.
Like everyone else I have my prejudices but unlike a lot of people I admit that I do. However that doesn't mean I act on them. I hope growing numbers of people feel the same.
