Talk about business wisdom.
He's telling us that most of what we worry about never amounts to much.
Now I'm worried about what I'm not worried about.
Why do we worry about things we shouldn't? I do that too much and see many others who do as well. Are there people out there who don't worry enough? I don't know them.
ReplyDeleteI don't think Twain was telling us not to worry as much as he was advising us to carefully consider what we worry about.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking just for me, I know there are many more things that turned out not nearly as bad as I thought they would than the number that turned out worse.
