Not to nit pick but that depends on how you define "anyone", "ever", and "happy".
Anyone: Sure there has to be a few. Ever: Again, easy. At least one at least one time. Happy: I am often happy with what makes me so varying considerably. So again, yes.
I'm not being facetious; there are few absolutes in life and none in this case.
