How much of what you see would you guess is as it is as opposed to how you choose or would like to see it?
The bigger the ego the bigger this problem becomes. There are way too many senior managers who cannot see beyond what they perceive to be true. Way, way too many!
ReplyDeleteI understand Caroline and have a question. Do you know people who don't seem egotistical but who still appear governed by perception? Or is it just related to ego?
