And in business we often focus more on what we hope will be rather than concentrating on what is.
Plan for the future but don't forget to execute today.
this is a matter of personality. bosses seem to either be too stuck in the present, afraid of the future they don't know, or exactly the opposite.
ReplyDeleteive been readin bw for a few years now and a reoccurring theme is the need for balance. too much, too little of anything is bad.
