If you don't see ongoing change in you and your company . . . .
The graphic shows the guy wanting change. Isn't the important thing what we all need to do to get the change we want?

ReplyDeleteWe all experience constant change, some obvious, some not so much, some good, some bad.
The trick is to do what we can to create better outcomes, and simply wanting that won't cut it.
