And he's not referring to whomever or whatever you wish to conquer.
He means you.
Is it more important to win or achieve your goals?
They're often not the same.
They're often not the same.
But for many people, mostly men I think, winning is what matters no matter who gets hurt. Do they ever stop to think what it is they've really won? I don't believe they do.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the "do they ever stop to think" part but not that this is mostly about men. In sheer numbers maybe but I don't think so as a percentage of each gender. In general people don't stop to think about the consequences of their actions as much as they should.
