If this doesn't make sense, assume Mr. Enrico is talking about what appears to be hard or soft as opposed to what actually is.
We do tend to underestimate that which later proves to be more difficult than we had assumed it would be.
And we make crisis out of challenges. They are not the same.
ReplyDeleteOne sign of good leadership is the ability to recognize what is and is not extreme. Just doing that greatly reduces crisis management.
