As it relates to management, what is "good nature"?
A lack of anger, maybe being liked by many if not all?
Can a business leader in difficult times, both achieve expected results AND be seen as "good natured"?
Does "good nature" relate to management?

I don't know what it is but I know it doesn't have to do with being liked. You may be a good manager and you may be liked but the two are not linked.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I have a hard time believing one who is consistently and obviously angry will also be a good manager.
