Essentially, what you are is what you are no matter where you are.

If you are experiencing inexplicable difficulty in one part of your life, look to other parts for clues as to why.

  1. im just begining to realize how true this is. "leave it at the door" is bs. You can't separate who you are in one from the other no matter how mcuh our company tells us not to bring our problems to work

  2. Yes and unfortunately if the company you work for is really not concerned about employee personal problems, there's little you can do to change that.
