The Hardest And Most Important Thing We (Should) Do

"Thinking is the hardest work there is, which is the probable reason so few engage in it."

Henry Ford
20th century American industrialist

  1. Thinking isn't hard.

The hard part is thinking how you think your boss wants you to think.

  2. Any "tongue in cheek" to that Cade?

If not, even if you could figure out what that should be, would you want to work for someone who only valued you when you reflected them?

    Life's too short.
