  1. I like a version by Henri Bergson (1859-1941), who was one of the most famous and influential French philosophers of the late 19th century-early 20th century "Think like a man of action and act like a man of thought."

  2. Many of the more successful "man of action" acts only occurred after considerable thought and planning.
