Yesterday's post talked about doing more with fewer people, which relates to time.

Certainly!
ReplyDeleteSimply cutting people does not guarantee the efficient use of time by those who are left. In fact, due to politics, friendships, management ineptness, etc., there isn't even a guarantee that the right people were let go in the first place.
Good point Paul. And I doubt there is much that can (will) be done to overcome that problem.
