And since most great things begin as small things, the task of every manager is to determine which they are dealing with before it is apparent.
Like so much in life, the line between winners and losers is often not clear until they obviously are one or the other.

ReplyDeleteHas anyone read a good book talking about the transition process from one to the other? Not sure how you'd research that but it would be interesting.
