If you're not happy at work, before you change, make sure your unhappiness is not due to something you control.
If it is, you won't likely be happy somewhere new.
A tiger doesn't change it's stripes.
ReplyDeleteA tiger, no, but what about us humans? How many of us learn from our experiences actually attempting to change for the better?
ReplyDeleteThis is a topic near and dear to me (I wrote a book on it). I believe most people are motivated to improve but have never thought enough about how to do that.
