why is that?
ReplyDeleteyou only have look at how poorly managed unmerged companies are to know how unsuccessful two previously separate companies, now one, will likely be. just because they can merge does mean they should.
Having a successful business relationship, just like having a successful marriage, is not a given. You don't get it by just jumping into bed with each other. You may get f****d but not like you wanted.
