In other words, walk the walk.

Can we as individual employees "walk" one way while the companies we work for "walk" another?

    not forever you can't and you wouldn't want to. you have to work in an environment you can at least tolerate.

    I totally agree however in this economy I'm not sure how you balance that with the need to work. Jobs that pay enough to live on are still not plentiful.
