A lot of times, sports are a good analogy to business, this being one of them.
ReplyDeleteThere are far more ex average/below average ball players who went on to become great managers than there are ex great players who did so.

ReplyDeleteAnd just as in sports, having been a "great kid" does not mean you'll be a great parent.
