Driving Or Just Along For The Ride?

"Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced."

Soren Kierkegaard
19th century Danish philosopher

Another one that, unexamined, feels good to me, until I consider it in the context of business.

I believe business is about examining and attempting to control all possible, accepting that there will be far more you don't than there is you do.

What do you think?

  1. I had't thought of it that way before but now that I do I think you're right. I also think that explains why so many look down on business, business people and capitalism. They don't get it and only see people trying to control things. But what's wrong with that?

  2. Nothing as far as I'm concerned. I also suspect that many who say they don't like capitalism, actually don't because they know they're not trained to compete.
