Why Rather Than Who

"The cause of events are even more interesting than are the events themselves."

Marcus Tulius Ciero
1st century BC Roman writer/politican

So, when dealing with mistakes in business, focus on the cause rather than the mistake.

That is the only way to reduce or eliminate similar problems in the future.

  2. And of course those who do would say they are only interested in assigning responsibility, one of the main requirements of good management.

    Is it?

  3. They may say it but in the end, far too many simply want to find someone to blame.
