New Employees

"A college education never hurt anyone who was willing to continue to learn after they graduated."

A message pertinent to all, none more so than new graduates.

You know what you've learned and now it's time to get that first job and begin what should be a life-long process of learning what you don't know.

  1. I'm 57, getting towards the end of my career, and now clearly see it would take at least two lifetimes to learn what I don't know. However, had you asked me when I had just graduated . . .

  2. I hear that.

Paraphrasing the old Bob Seeger song,

I wish I did know now what I thought I knew then.
