"One who does not know when to die does not know how to live."
John Ruskin
19th century English art critic
You can't do all you do equally well, certainly including business, so much of success in one thing requires that you know when to stop doing something else.
Effective planning requires that you know 1) precisely what it is you want to do, 2) exactly what it will take to accomplish those goals, and 3) the priorities necessary to make sure you do not lose focus. If you do that you minimize the possibility of wasting resources on non essential projects.
Easy to say, difficult to do correctly but it is what must be done.
Pretty good post. I just stumbled upon your blog and wanted to say that I have really enjoyed reading your blog posts.Any way Ill be subscribing to your feed and I hope you post again soon
