ReplyDeleteI wonder if there has been any academic studies that attempted to quantify product value relative to sales success? The sales part is easy with the hard part being deciding what is and is not "value".
We all know of products that did not deliver what they promised, and many that gave much more than they got. But the "good guys" don't always win, not in business, politics, or love.
