If there is anything worth doing that does not require sacrifice, I don't know what it would be. 

As a result I'm not sure the word "usually" is necessary.

If you find something you'd like to do, have, create, achieve, etc., which doesn't require hard work and sacrifice, it likely isn't worth what you think it is.

Seems simple when you first think about it but it's too often not.

At one time or another all of us say we want something but are not committed to making it happen.

How do you decide when you've done all you can to make something you want, come about?
